Not able to send sequence directly through email on contact page

I'm trying to send a sequence directly from a contact page. When I set it up in contact > email > sequence, the sequence pops up and i can press send. However, no email is actually sent.
If i want to initiate a sequence, i need to go to sequence > enroll a contact.
I can see that you have access to our Support team. Would you mind reaching out to them so they can assist you with this matter? Log into your account to request a call or contact them directly using the phone number on their contact page.
