I stopped my sales starter plan and now I want to delete some of my templates which were in the sequences. I'm not able to delete them as the error I'm getting is that I need to delete the templates from the Sequence first, which I no longer have access.
The process consist in deleting those sequences internally and in order to do that we will need the names of the sequences and a message from your end accepting that we delete them, only after that process is done you will be able to delete the templates.
However, I don't understand when you say that you don't have access to those sequences?
Could you please clarify and tell me if this is the process you need?
Hi - I too have been experiencing issues deleting templates. We must have been temporarily upgraded so had 25 templates (versus our current limit of 5) set up, some of which have been used in sequences - which we do not now have access to. Could I please ask that all templates and sequences be removed in the account?
So this has been completed? I'm still not able to see the templates tab under the conversations section of hubspot. Any instructions on how to get rid of my existing templates so I can start over?
Can I also get my templates removed? I'm not able to create new ones because I've met my limit of 5. Those are several years old, so I'd like to start with new templates and remove all the old ones.
