Need to disable cache to turn off call recording

Customer disabled call recording in Settings->Sales-Calling and it kept automatically recording calls. User cleared cache for the past 24 hours logged back in, and the calling stopped automatically recording. Remember to clear your cache each time you decide to turn call recording on or off!
