Name on Chat

Hello,

We have 2 members actively answering in our wensite chat.

When a user gets in the website, it automatically sees the names of the two of them on top of the chatbox (Dani, Pablo).

I would like to change this to something like: Support Team, and only when one .

How can I set this up?

@ialonso Just a thought, as a user I would not like to see a support team, I like that I can see a person name so it feels human. It does not actually matter to me if the name does not match the person, as I would not know.

Thanks for the advice! I think the same, but I'm impementing this for a customer, and they want, actually, the name of the company (instead of Support), and not the names. I've been specifically asked to configure it this way...
