Missing info on Shopify Report
We're using Shopify for our website natureprovides.com - the contact form is provided by them. When replying to the "customer" via Hubspot or other marketing review, it auto-populates the reply address with mailer@shopify.com and none of the customer details are coming through.
If you're using the native Shopify to HubSpot integration, I believe it's actually a "Checkout" abandonment versus a cart abandonment. This is they got all the way to checking out (meaning they gave you an email) and then it's synced over. Personally, I have nothing against the native integration but I highly recommend Unific for theirs as it's pretty inexpensive and syncs a lot of additional fields over.
For making myself clearer I'd like to show you the screenshots of Shopify and HubSpot. Please find them below:

I'd like to reply to your question guys about the integration but I fail to understand what you are referring to. If you are asking if I used Shopify App Marketplace to connect my store, yes.
I'm not quite sure what you're looking for here. Your Shopify reports show Checkout Abandoments but so does HubSpot via the pipeline - is that not what you're after?
Can you please let me know if you are using native integration for Shopify and HubSpot or any other third party connector?
The issue can be because of following: 1. May be the abandoned carts on Shopify have been deleted/converted. 2. and they have not been updated to HubSpot due to some reasons.
