Missing info from exports

Every time I export data from the Deals section it excludes the company field and the contact field. I have tried ticking a few different boxes when selecting what data to export but that info still does not appear. Even when those columns are present in my view and I just want the export of info that is in my view. Can anyone suggest how I can ensure that I see company and contact fields for each deal when exporting?

Hi @DAdler5 ,

To include company and contact field when exporting Deals from HubSpot, make sure to click Export > Customize. Under Properties included in export, Choose All properties and associations on records (not just properties in your view). Then Under associations included in export, select Associated record name or All associated records ( CSV files only) to ensure company and contact info appears in the file.

By Default, exports only include properties in your view and upto 1000 associated record IDs. Customising these settings ensure full contact and company details are added.
