Messages notifications

Hello,

I have 3 notifications showing in my messages screen but when I click on it there is nothing there.  Is there a specific way to check message notifications that I'm missing somehow?

Hi @EmpowermentInc, have you checked your "Closed" messages through the dropdown at the top left of your Messages tool? Indeed, it can be that notifications originate from these messages as well - if any of your closed messages are unread, they would still show up as notifications in the Messages dashboard.
