I have performed several tests and I am reproducing the same phenomenon as you.
After further research I find that this is normal running of the HubSpot meeting link.
I see the development team is investigating the issue to change the configuration.

I have to say I am strongly disappointed considering that my need is far from being complicated and that this functionality seems to me to be at the core of a CRM.
Someone would explain to me what (in the ticket) the person names "normal running of the Hubspot meeting link" because even if I'm reading the related article in the knowledge center, I still don't understand why my agenda is working like this...
How to parameter my meeting link to have my availabilities (16:00 / 16:20 / 16:40 / 17:00 / 17:20 / 17:40) for 20 minutes each without any buffer time. And I don't mind to have, at the end, a planning like this (red=available/green=meeting) : 16:00 / 16:20 / 16:40 / 17:00 / 17:20 / 17:40
