Meetings - Wrong availabilities/frequency/buffer time

Hi,

 

What I would like to do sounds quite simple.

I have a house to sell and I would like to organize some visits.

 

  • Let's say on Thursday between 4 & 6pm
  • Each visit for 20 minutes
  • No buffer time is needed

So as result, my availabilities for an appointment are

  • 16:00 / 16:20 / 16:40 / 17:00 / 17:20 / 17:40

Obviously, if one of these availabilities is booked, I want to keep the (same) others possibilities open.

 

That's my parameters:

So let's try to book the first availability, on 16:00...

Now the problem starts when I come back to my calendar to check what are my other/next availabilities.

Next availabilities are 16:30 / 16:50 / 17:10 / 17:30 ?!???

I didn't put any buffer time, This is not what I've planned. I want to keep my previous availabilities: 16:20 / 16:40 / 17:00 / 17:20 / 17:40 !!!

 

Apparently, it's counting a 10 minutes buffer time after the first meeting...

Let's investigate!

I'm going to change manually, the end time of the booked meeting and let's see.

 

Ok, this is more and more bizarre :

  • End time (in google agenda) : 16:19 -> Next availability in Hubspot : 16:30
  • End time (in google agenda) : 16:18 -> Next availability in Hubspot : 16:30
  • End time (in google agenda) : 16:17 -> Next availability in Hubspot : 16:30
  • End time (in google agenda) : 16:16 -> Next availability in Hubspot : 16:30
  • End time (in google agenda) : 16:15 -> Next availability in Hubspot : 16:15

For the last one, no buffer time at all!

I created a ticket, I did the test and this is the answer I received :

I have performed several tests and I am reproducing the same phenomenon as you.
After further research I find that this is normal running of the HubSpot meeting link.

I see the development team is investigating the issue to change the configuration.

I have to say I am strongly disappointed considering that my need is far from being complicated and that this functionality seems to me to be at the core of a CRM.

So I have 2 questions :

  1. Someone would explain to me what (in the ticket) the person names "normal running of the Hubspot meeting link" because even if I'm reading the related article in the knowledge center, I still don't understand why my agenda is working like this...
  2. How to parameter my meeting link to have my availabilities (16:00 / 16:20 / 16:40 / 17:00 / 17:20 / 17:40) for 20 minutes each without any buffer time.
    And I don't mind to have, at the end, a planning like this (red=available/green=meeting) : 16:00 / 16:20 / 16:40 / 17:00 / 17:20 / 17:40
