Meeting and Google calendar


Hello everyone,,

I have a business address through G Suite. My boss made this for our company.

I am using Hub Spot. I can't link my google calendar. I get a message saying that my email account is already connected to HubPost as a team inbox and can't be used for the meeting tool.

What is a team inbox? I did not create a team inbox. Is it a team inbox because it is through G Suite?
If I did, I didn't it on purpose. How do I change it so I can use the calendar???

Hi @MItroram 

So this error happens when you have connected the desired inbox as a team inbox indeed. (You can see that in Settings > Integrations > Email Integrations - you can connect either shared (team) or personnal inboxes there). Team inboxes cannot be used with the meeting tool in HubSpot. 

First, you need to remove it by following the steps outlined here in our knowledge base, and then connect it again as a personal inbox by following those steps. You will then be able to set up the meeting tool!
