I'm posting this on behalf of multiple clients who are struggling with one common issue:
- The meeting scheduling option of "this week and next week" is not granular enough
These clients have found with other meeting scheduling tools that if they can limit a prospect's ability to only book something "this week" or even "in the next 3 days" that person who books is more likely to show up to the meeting.
Said differently, prospects who book "next week" tend to push off the meeting when the time comes. Life gets in the way, the urgency that was driving them to book the week before isn't there any longer, etc.
We need more granular "rolling period" options! Such as:
Either a way of inputting the "daily" amounts a keying in a specific number for how many days out the calendar should show (ex: "30" if you want to show 30-days out, vs "3" if you want to show 3 days).
At a minimum, a couple additional options within the drop-down menu would help. Such as:
This week (only)
Today and tomorrow
Next 3 business days
Next 5 business days
I know it gets a little trickier when we think about the end of a business week / weekends, which is why those bottom two options are in there.
I have faith someone at HubSpot will see this and know it's an (relatively) easy fix to prevent people from migrating away to other scheduling tools. The two clients I work with are otherwise happy with HubSpot scheduling, but considering leaving for this exact reason.
Cheers @Bryantworks - couldn't for the life of me find that post when searching before, but knew this had to be a request somewhere out there. Upvoting & commenting now!
