Meeting Scheduler - Calendar Disconnected Alert

Hi all,

One of my reps received the notification below that a client couldn't schedule a meeting saying his calendar was disconnected. I checked his account in HubSpot and tested by scheduling a meeting myself and it all works fine. Any ideas why this happened?

Hi @Jenny26,

 

If it's working as expected now but there was an error, here are a few potential thoughts:

  • The rep disconnected the calendar temporarily (even accidentally) and then reconnected
  • There was a temporary glitch in the authentication between 365/Google and HubSpot

If it continues to happen I'd also bring this up with your IT team...potentially something on their end. I haven't seen this happening in any of our accounts.
