Meeting Form order change

Hi There, We have integrated a scheduler (meeting) form with the help of this article https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/create-a-meetings-link#customize-your-form-questions . Based on the embed code we have implemented this in our landing page http://7623859.hs-sites.com/-temporary-slug-303c2da8-c496-480f-b9c6-89c620b30507?hs_preview=hcocTGiy... It works good with the scheduler details added up in the calendar, Zoom etc. but we wanted to customize the form look further by changing the form input fields as First step https://prnt.sc/x4i652 and then show the calendar as Second step https://prnt.sc/x4i8g6.

We have checked in several documentation link but can't find this exactly to customize.
Can you please let me know your help on this ? Looking forward to our reply. Thank you!
