Meeting Availability -- can't update

I have spent far too long trying to figure out this answer. Yes, I have read through the messages, and yes, I have read through the Knowledgebase.  

I cannot locate where to update the availabity.  I take it there's supposed to be a link or something -- however, on my Meetings page,  there is nothing for me to update.  See screenshot here: https://s2.postimg.org/eo612hbe1/Capture.jpg

Please let me know what I'm missing.

This is the FREE version because my company is currently evaluating the program.
