Logging Incoming call

Hi all,

 

Im using the sale edition free software with Hubspot. Is there a way to olog incomming call? I had a customer call me while i was driving and i would like to log that call on the platform. When i tried to look for a button on theplatform it seem that they only have an option for outgoing call.  Thank you for your help in adavnce.

Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

 

You can enable Caller ID in the HubSpot Mobile App, and that will determine the HubSpot contact who's calling. After the call, if you have an Android, you should get a screen that allows you to precise a Call Outcome.
