Logging Call Duration

I've been tracking my sales calls with hubspot for about a year now, but they never seem to track the duration of my calls.

 

The dashboards do show that there is an 'average call duration' graph, which tells me it must be a possibility.

 

How do I get my call duration to be tracked and logged?

Are those calls made from the mobile app? If so, this is expected behaviour. If not, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information this.

Hi @TiphaineCuisset So if I understand correctly duration is not tracked for calls through Mobile App? Also is it still the same case.

Hi @TiphaineCuisset Just a quick follow up here. Is call duration not available for outbound calls made through the MobileApp?
