Link to a Sales Document in an automated email?

I want to send a Sales Document to captured leads who filled in a HubSpot form and got an automated marketing email following from the associated workflow.

Currently, I use a link to the Sales Document in this marketing email. When leads click the link, the document appears in the browser, but the lead has to fill in the email address again (after leaving this details in the HubSpot form), despite the fact I checked the "Enable privacy and consent (GDPR)" for the document. 

Does this problem relates to the fact I generated a link which is normally only sent to one contact person? Who can help me please?

Hi @BernardSchut88,

For the purpose of sharing a direct link to a file, you can use the file manager: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/files/upload-files-to-use-in-your-hubspot-content

Once uploaded, you can copy a link to the file and use that in your emails. This can be accessed without having to re-enter information.

I'm not aware of any but this feature has been around for a while and not changed in that regard.
