Unfortunately you can't customise the Create a line item form currently.
You can archive any custom properties that have been created in the intance, but not standard properties.
You can also create another property group which will add another section to the form, see below-
You could maybe use this to highlight the properties that need to be edited. To do this, go to Settings > Data Management > Properties > Product Properties > Groups. Not ideal, but it might help somewhat.
It would great if you could upvote this Idea in the Ideas forum. This is where HubSpot go to get product and feature update ideas, so the more traction an idea has the more likely it is to be picked up by HubSpot!
Thank you for this, I did set it up like this however I cant enter any text in still. I want to be able to type free text into a box (similar to how quantity works)
I've just replicated what you have done and created 2 free-text properties and it seems that you can't just edit from the Review Line Items screen unfortunately. Instead you need to press the Actions dropdown next to the product name and click Edit.
This will bring you to the 'Edit line item' menu, where you can edit all of the prodcut properties.
Thanks, I suspected that may be the only way - irritating I guess but hey! Is there a way to hide a load of the options from the right hand edit screen? Thank you again!
