Issues with Live Chat Lagging

Hello! Several of our live chat agents have been experiencing lagging on live chat. The busier they get, the more chats they navigate between - the more lag they encounter. Their typing slows down on the screen, it takes a while to switch from one chat to the next, it can take minutes for a chat to appear as assigned to someone, etc.

There are no issues with their computers or with any other site. Has anyone experienced this issue or have any advice on how to correct it?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I checked incident reports for our Conversations tool for the past couple of days and we've received a couple of reports from customers that their Conversations were down for a short period of time on Thursday afternoon. Our product team was monitoring the performance of the tool the past couple of days and there shouldn't be any issues with Conversations or the chat tool at the moment. 

 

Are you still experiencing the same issue on your end?
