Is there a workflow to populate line items from form inputs?

Is it possible to establish a workflow for auto-populating line items in a deal? For instance, we send an inventory form via HubSpot where each inventory item corresponds to a line item. Upon form submission, a deal is automatically generated with all line items from the form with a quantity of 0. Currently, we manually adjust the quantities of the line items based on the form inputs. The inputs aare stored in company fields. Can we create a workflow that updates the quantity from 0 to match the input values?
