I'm trying to send a notification to our ADR when a meeting is booked with sales using the Book a Meeting Chatbot.
But I don't see any tool to add for "notifications". I don't want to "assign" it to them, as the booked meeting will be taking by the sale rep that comes up in the roundrobin calendar. I see webhooks, worflow, etc, and I know I can assign a chat to someone to take it over, but that's not what I want. I just want our ADR to see that someone filled in the book a meeting chatbot, so he can start doing research on the prospect.
While there is no 'notification' option on the bot itself if you have access to workflows you could use the 'enroll in workflow' option to enroll in a workflow that sends a notification to your ADR.
If you don't have workflows you could also alternatively 'Add to static list' where your ADR could monitor.
