Is it possible to send text via contact record?

I want my sales reps to send a one-off text to their contacts in HubSpot. I'm seeing a lot of tools that allow for automated sms via workflow, but can't seem to find a way to simply send a text via HubSpot. I don't really care if it requires a 3rd party app (I assume we will have to). 

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I'd recommend you have a look at Sakari SMS which allows sending SMS directly from contact, deal and ticket records: https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/de/marketplace/apps/sakari-sms

Thank you for this. Seems like we would also need another tool for calling? Unless we activated HubSpot calling I assume
