Incorrect Date and Time in Contact Form

Hello

I have noticed that the date and time mentioned in the Contact Form submission notification e-mail is incorrect, e.g. a Contact Form submitted on 19-Oct-21 at 13:05 BST is appearing as submitted on 17-Jun-21 at 16:30:17 in the notification e-mail message header. This is happening regularly.

Any idea why this is happening and how to resolve this?

I am uploading the following images:

1. Time Zone settings in the account:

2. E-mail notification received from HubSpot which clearly displays the e-mail's date and time stamp as well as the Form submission date and time in the message body.

Hello @KDubey , what is the language and timezone set up in your account? Could you please send us a screenshot of the dates incorrect?
