Inbox still filtering allowlisted email

Hi, I'm trying to make sure that I receive new orders into the main inbox so that they can be fulfilled promtly. I've connected  x to the conversations inbox and I've also added it to the allowlist under the filtering rules, but it continues to get filtered as spam. How can this be fixed? What is the point of a allowlist if it doesn't get allowlisted?


I'm finding this very frustrating.

Based on this article, if there are emails from a particular email address or email domain that should never be filtered in your inbox, click Add email or domain. Enter an email address or domain, then click Add. and click Save.
