Hi
I'm trying to build a sort of workflow (Sales Starter) so when an Inbound lead is received from our website and allocated to SDR a Question calling sheet appears when they come to make the discovery call. The answers of which will be entered into the Contact and Company record.
Can anyone advise if this is possible and how to implement
Thanks, Emma

Hi @EFlack,
It's not possible to automate this with starter. My recommendation would be to create a snippet that contains the question calling sheet information. At that point, the rep will only be required to pull the calling sheet content into the call or meeting notes and fill in from there. It's not automated, but very efficient.

Hey @EFlack
Welcome to the Community!
At the moment the workflow functionality is available in any Pro or Enterprise subscription, however, I'm curious to know what our experts recommend in this case.
Hey @Drew_Cohen @Josh @DPassman any thoughts you can share with @EFlack ?
Thanks
Sharon
