Inbound Call Time Tracking/Retroactive Activity Tracking (Main KPI for company)

We are moving to add "talk time" as one of the main KPIs for our sales team. I see where they can call through the browser to easily log talk time, but how do we log inbound talk time or call duration if they log a call after it already happened?
In our old CRM (Zoho) you could either have a running clock on a call or could log the number of minutes for the call if you were manually logging the activity. Hoping Hubspot has the functionality and I'm just missing it.
