Hubspot Sales Extension : cannot load templates in gmail anymore

UPDATE: Our Product Team have confirmed that this is bug in the software HubSpot's use to integrate with Gmail which means HubSpot has to wait on Google for a fix. There's a thread on Google's forums tracking this issue here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/inboxsdk/X7k7DgkbTK0.

Experiencing the same issue as of today (September 28, 2021).
I am using a Macbook Pro on MacOS Big Sur v11.5.2 plus Chrome v94.0.4606.61. Updated Chrome, deleted and reinstalled the Hubspot browser extension, and logged in/out multiple times already; none have solved issue.

Some good news, the issue "went away". I did a number of things, but not in a documented or scientific methodology. So, I don't know how the problem corrected itself. Essentially, I removed the extension, upgraded Gmail, cleared Chrome cache, cleared the Hubspot cookie, logged out of Hubspot, restarted Chrome, Gmail, added the Hubspot extension, logged into Hubspot and it seemed to fix itself. I wish I had a definitive solution, but it's now working. I am using: Macbook Air M1 Chip / Version 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (arm64)
