HubSpot live chat through conversations VS Intercom integration

I am currently in the process of setting up our companies HubSpot account. Would there be any good reasons to keep paying for/using Intercom? Or is HubSpot's live chat feature just as good? (We will be using live chat on our public facing website as well as inside of our web-based application)

I want to tag in a few subject matter experts who may have some advice on Intercom vs. HubSpot. 

 

@Bryantworks@Josh@darynsmith do you have any thoughts on HubSpot vs. Intercom?

Hey @leightmess,

 

I think if you're moving to the full Service Pro within HubSpot you should look to migrate away from Intercom as well.  HubSpots suite of tools works so well together that if you're looking to keep Intercom, you'll need to incorporate it's tickets and live chat in a sync function to HubSpot so that all activities around s contact and company remain intact.

 

The live chat and subsequently its chat flows function very well and lend themselves to a lot of flexibility.
