HubSpot Invoices & Quickbooks - Mapping Enhancements???

Hello - I'm wondering if there are plans to enhance/expand the mapping functionality for the invoices feature as it relates to the QuickBooks integration? More specifically, I am looking to see if any of the items listed below are features which are in the works or currently available that I am simply not finding or missing...

  • Invoices having their own Hubspot record ID just like contacts, deals, companies, tickets etc. Preferrably available through your API.
  • Mapping for invoices to companies, deals & line items
    • What kills me with this one is that Hubspot can currently pull in products(line items) from Quickbooks and logs the SKU, but when an invoice imports into Hubspot with those same line items and SKUs associated to the invoice, nothing is picked up and no associations are made.
  • Expanded custom mapping for external IDs or non-standard Hubspot properties.
    • I can import information about a company using my own custom ID we've created internally to map this new information to an existing company that has this ID. I should be able to map invoices to a company, deal and other items using this same functionality.

HubSpot Invoices & Quickbooks - Mapping Enhancements???

Hello @MichaelEstep1, thank you for posting in our Community!

Regarding the mapping of invoices to companies, deals, and line items, we understand the importance of seamless integration. I'll look into the current status and compatibility with QuickBooks to see if any upcoming features are addressing this concern.

At the moment, invoices don't have their own dedicated HubSpot record ID like contacts, deals, companies, tickets, etc. For new feature suggestions, please consider posting on our Ideas Forum [here]. If you find a similar idea, give it an upvote and share your unique use case in the comments. If your idea is not already there, feel free to create a new idea.

Thank you for being part of the discussion!

Kindly,

Pam
