HubSPot Sales Asking to Add Existing Contact

Hello All!

 

We seem to be having a strange issue with managing our contacts through gmail (gsuite). HubSpot is asking us to add exsisting contacts that we know are already in our database. Also, if I check other contacts for that same customer it will recognize some and not others that fall under the same domain (URL). If I do the add of the contact I end up with duplicate records for that contact which is not cool!

 

Anyone else seeing this issue?
