How to stop e-mailing tasks and schedule contacts

New Member

I have been using hubspot for about a month. I have been using my outlook email to email contacts from hubspot, but today I wanted to schedule a meeting with a contact and realized it asked me to integrate google calendar so my contact would get an email invite. I do not use google for business. I want to be able to schedule meetings so they are part of my dashboard, but I don't want those meetings going to my personal google calendar or create another account in google just for this purpose. Is there a way to do it with outlook?

Some features of the meetings tool are restricted to Gmail. Per this article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/account/what-features-are-supported-by-my-email-p...

Require calendar integration - supported by Google Apps (GSuite), Gmail (Google Free) and Office 365:

You can connect your Office 365 calendar so that you can send meeting links to your contacts, that might be what you're looking for. The knowledge asset here outlines how to connect with O365: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-user-guide/integrate-your-calendar-to-use-in-the-meetings-too...

Does this help?
