We just purchased Hubspot Pro sales access and are currently loading all our software SKUs into the product library. When I'm creating a multi-year licensing quote the TCV and everything accurately reflects on the quoting tool however when I save the quote TCV is no where to be seen. I have searched up and down how to modify this to get TCV to show up as the quote currently can't be used for anything besides a 1 year deal as its super confusing.
Render net price without any other choice It seems a non-sense, in the Hubspot positioning strategy!
Why this isn't the priority of Hubspot developers? How many negative comments are needed to move on this simple usability feature? This is a big fristration.
The only patchwork solution I've found for this is including TCV as a personalization token in the comments section and formatting to make more visible. Pretty unattractive, but one possible alternative to creating the quote and editing the line items afterward to ensure revenue is captured correctly each time.
Hitting the same issue and the response from @sharonlicari doesn't offer a resolution.
Currently, quotes do not expose the total contract value, and as far as I can tell there is no way of adding this value. It is incredibly confusing for the customers getting quotes without this information.
At the moment we have a Beta where you should be able to create custom quote templates (requires development resources to edit the template to customize to your preferences). You can find more information about this beta here.
Please note: you must be a user in either a Marketing Hub or CMS HubProfessional or Enterprise account with Edit code templates & modules permissions and a user in a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise account to use custom proposal templates.
Thanks & Happy Friday
Sharon
