How to create new categories in Call type and in call outcome?

I would like to create a call reporting and for that I need to qualify and put into categories every call I make -> Call type  and call outcome (in the report section, analytics tools)

You can edit your call type and outcome following the steps on this article here :

You will need to be a user with Account access permissions to create custom call outcomes.
