HubSpot stores the original traffic source drill down 2 as an ID, not spelled out as 'Apollo Integration'. The easiest way to find out what that ID is would be to find a contact you know was created from Apollo and look up the value in the drill down 2 field. (Open a contact record, and in the left sidebars or under 'View all properties', search for the drill down 2 field.)
Hover your mouse over the value in that field and you should see a small dark blue pop up with an ID. When you filter for that ID, you find all contacts created from Apollo.
