How to add SCAT, NPC or CES to the chatflow

Hey Folks, 

How can I add SCAT, NPC, or CES to the Chatflow after each conversation ends?

How can we integrate AMP email with Chatflow so we can conduct the survey. 

The integration will be done by developers 

Any idea?

UPDATE: the CSAT in Chatflows is currently still in Beta and will only available to Service Hub Pro and Service Hub Enterprise customers.

Lucky for you I received an email, form HubSpot, saying they are adding CSAT to Chatflows.

It's currently in Beta (we get the emails because we're a HubSpot Agency).

Send me a message if you'd like me to see if I can get the beta release turned on in your portal.

Your developers will be able to use the Conversations SDK to add custom code to the Chat.
