How do I turn off log and track by default when I create a new email?

Hi,

I use gmail hubspot plugin. 

When I create a new email, the hubspot log and track options are automatically ticked. I have to untick them all the time as I do not want to track most of the emails I send (e.g. internal emails). Is there any setting that allows me to have log and track automatically unticked and only tick them when I need?
