How can I manage Sales Portal?

Hi community!

We have sales portal which has marketing contents and event calender. It's kind of house of content that sales team can access our materials easily. In addition, we have event calendar too. I am curious about do you have anything like this? If you have, how do you manage it? How do you convey your materials/events to your sales team?

We use Google sites and it becomes thougher while content number is increasing. I need to manage this portal without too much time spending  and ensuring with keep updated.

Hi @EnesCinar ,

For the content, you can use the Document tool of HubSpot's sales Hub where you can build an entire library of content to share with your team

Also you can view if a document has viewed by any in Activity feed.
