Having the same contact over multiple deals

Hello, is there a way to separate out contacts over different deals? 

 

For example, I have customer X who is involved with deal A and deal B, using the same email address. 

 

I want to differentiate the two email chains for different projects from the same person.

Hello @TLA,

 

My suggestion on this case would be removing the deal association in the email you don't want to for example be associated with deal A. ( more information here) 

I will be also tagging some top experts on this matter, @Dan1, @warrendavey , @dianalcont , any other suggestions you may think it's best for  @TLA  question?
