You can translate all configuration messages for the Offline Option. All but one: 

 

The final confirmation message is in English and there is – apparently – no way to change it to Spanish/AnyOtherLanguage.

 

It says:  "Thanks. You'll be notified of our response here and by email." 

 

Can you please help me?

Hello @graicovi I'm afraid I don't undestand your post/question and how it relates to the HubSpot's Sales Hub and/or CRM tools. Could you please clarify?

Sure.

I have configured the Chat / Messages to show messages in Spanish.

All messages can be traslated with the exception of one: When Offline and you set it up to ask the user her email address , she receives a thank you meesage in English and there is no way to also translate it to Spanish.

I am asking to be able to translate also that ending message.
