Free account - can't delete template stuck in a sequence I don't have access to anymore

I can't delete aa template that is stuck in the sequence that has been created under a Sales Hub trial and I don't have access to it anymore -> can't remove template from the sequence -> can't delete the template.

I don't know what to do and I was totally dismissed chating with the HubSpot help person (not the bot!). Shocking!

What to do?

Could HubSpot train their Help agents to be as helpful as you were? Coz the chat I had was really not ok.
