Forecasted Revenue Goal Does Not Work

I cannot get the "Forecasted Revenue" Goal feature to work - every time I click "create goal" and then choose this option, it just gives me the spinning blue circle of death:

I tried logging out, clearing my cache and cookies and it still will not work. Am I doing something wrong?

Please ensure you are using a compatible browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and that it is up to date. Some extensions might interfere with the functionality. Try disabling all extensions and see if it resolves the issue.

Have you tried in incognito? Open an incognito/private window and try to create the goal again. This helps determine if an extension or cached data is causing the problem.

I updated Chrome, cleared my cache and browser history, and tried in incognito. 

The Revenue goal works, but the Forecasted Revenue does not work. 😕
