Filter by "Previously Enrolled"

We frequently use sequences with large lists that require multiple days to enroll (based on the 150/day limit). By the third or fourth day of working through one list for one sequence, we will have contacts who have been unenrolled for a variety of reasons (responding to the first email, setting an appointment, being unenrolled after speaking with the rep, whatever).
Given that our only filtering options are:
List Membership Equals = Specific List combined with Currently Enrolled In Sequence = Not True, we risk re-enrolling people who were previously enrolled.
A filter option that allows us to exclude anyone previously enrolled in the sequence, regardless of their current enrollment status, would solve that.
