Filter Sequences By Team & Filter Out Users

We have several teams that use sequences and send to different audiences, and the sequence tool does not allow for filtering by team. We need the ability to filter sequences by teams. This should also exist in reporting.

Additionally, the sequence filters include users who have not used the tool or are not hold paid sales seats and can't use the tool anyways. These users should not be included here, and the drop down list should have a "Select All" button.
