Fallback-values for email templates

I'm trying out email templates in a free account.

I don't seem to get the option to provide fallback values for customer tokens. Instead, I just get a blank space if the contact record does not have info for a particular field, which is not as great.

Is there a way to add fallback values to sales templates? (In paid accounts, if not in free?)

Hi @nordtomme, 

Currently this is not a functionality of the tool. If this is something you would like to see implemented in the future, please vote for this idea.
