Email Notification Count

In recent weeks, I have been unable to determine how many email notifications I have left from my monthly allotment of 200 notifications.  When opening the Activity Feed, it used to say that I have used XXX of my 200 notifications, but now it doesn't provide an ongoing count.

 

How can I determine where I stand with email notifications each month? Thanks.

I am still trying to figure out how to get a count of the number of email open notifications in my activity feed. 

 

How can I tell how many notifications I have left this month, or in any given month? Thank you.
