Edit a word file in the workflow

Hi everyone,

I want to create a workflow where any contact whose lifecycle stage changes to complete, a template word will be edited with all the information from the contact and send the mail to contact with the file. Is it possible to achieve?

Hey @SMomo 

you can have some of this steps done with document apps like Docusign,Dropbox Sign and others.

This apps may have document templates that can be auto completed with records properties.

Then this document can be sent to the contact by email (to be sign in most cases).

This process is most frequently used for Real state agents, lawyer’s firms and insurance agents.

You can automate some of this processes with worflows but you have to be sure that there is no missing information so that it will run smoothly .

Nice to meet you!

We have an document automation app for HubSpot called Portant. It is not as focussed on Signatures as the ones mentioned by @Lucila-Andimol (although it does that too 😄 )

We can automate your workflow by using a HubSpot Workflow to trigger Portant to create a document from a template and then emailing it to the contact's email address.
