Download Call Recording

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a workaround to download a call recording in your own portal.

 The ability to download call recordings (without needing to use our APIs) is now live! Next to a recording, you should see an icon to see to open the audio file in a new tab:

You can share that URL directly to play the file in a browser, or click the three dots in the player:

Which will open the option to download the file to your computer:

I see that you'd like to download call recording. Please let me know if that's not the case.

So, you can do that via API, here are posts about how to proceed:

- The solution from @Josh on this post "Mass Download Call Recordings"
- The solution from @Welbywelb on this post "Download Call Transcripts via API"

If you'd like to only use the UI, then you'll be able to share the recording, but at the moment you cannot download it.

This thread is a bit dated, as the instructions above are from 2019 and 2021. Since then, the HubSpot tool has seen lots of improvements and changes! 😀

Which licences does that apply to?  It doesn't show that icon option in my Sales Pro licence.

When I listen to the recording online it is in stereo.  When I download, each speaker is in mono (in right ear or left).  Is there a way to download the stereo version?  I'm hoping to use it for a podcast.
