Does HubSpot offers API for the Calls tool?

At my company we are interested in integrating a third party cloudPBX system with HubSpot so we can use HubSpot calls while paying only for our current cloudPBX system.

Any of you guys think this is even possible?

Would love any guidance on the topic.

I'd recommend checking out the developers forum, which is more specifically for api inquiries and is monitored by HubSpotters who will be better suited to answer this question.
