Document upload is messing up PDF (rendering problem)
I'm re-uploading a PDF brochure to the Documents section. It looks great in the original (left image) file... it looks great when downloading, but the preview (right image) in HubSpot looks horrible with a white streak on the pricing table.

I am having a similar problem. I have compressed the file based on the recommendations in this post, but to no avail. We are posting a contact sheet for new customers. The downloaded file is ok, but the document view in the browser is not working properly.

I have spoken to their support team, and ite problem also varies by browser - which I don't care about, it should be viewed correctly anywhere. But I wonder if they did something on their end, because after speaking to them ect, it now shows the document correctly. But I still do not know why.

@OGuryanov What settings did you use? I did basic compression, which reduced the file from 116k to 47k, but it did not resolve my problem. This is very frustrating!

Sorry, that's not helpful if it only shows norma, when downloaded. I have a brochure, when I upload it one image looks like an xray version, it's to be viewed online (and yes, when downloading it looks normal again)...I tried the normal file and a compressed version, I tried a different file with the translated version, but it's the same problem. I need it to be viewed correctly, it's viewed by this by the whole team, all see it in xray insead of how it should look. Any suggestions would be great.

We have developed a tool called CloudFiles that lets you uplaod ANY type of document and automatically converts it into a PDF using our own propreitary algorithms. We have designed this algorithm to be robust so that it does not mess up the PDF view. You can do a lot more with your files (almost all Documents functionality and more) right from your CRM. You can try out the app from HubSpot Marketplace.
