Desactivate automatic pop-up in messages

Hi,

Is it possible to stop the live chat/message tool to pop up ? Juste having the message icon, but not the whole message + picture appearing..

Hi @Gabvo, 

The pop up window can be minimized by clicking the "x" button, however there is no way to have that be the default behavior for all visitors.

1 - Go to the conversations tab at the top, click inbox.

2 - Then go to the bottom of the page on inbox settings

3 - Go to chat under channels

4 - Create a targeted message or edit an existing targeted message

5 - Go the the message tab

6 - At the bottom there will be a checkbox under options with "pop up open the welcome message as a prompt.

7 - Unselect 

8 - Unselect the same under small screen sizes
